Spend an evening on a leisurely sunset cruise along the Tagus River, departing from central Lisbon. Sip on a welcome drink while traversing the Tagus aboard a boat with a small group. Venture to the splendid Lisbon attractions including Jerónimos Monastery and Belém Tower and treasure every memorable view before relishing a surreal sunset. On a calm evening, sailing the river is the perfect way to settle you after a long day of travel. This tour is limited to 12 people for a quality experience.

The sense of expectation builds up en route as you cross Europe’s longest bridge, the 17 km long Vasco da Gama and pass a beguiling landscape dotted with cork tress, olive groves and vineyards.

Prepare yourself to be entranced at Évora as you wander the narrow streets of white washed houses and travel back in time as you visit the main sites including the ruins of the Roman Temple, the Gothic Cathedral, St. Francis’ Church, famed for its macabre Chapel of Bones and the 16th Century University.

The visit will also allow you to appreciate the full range of handicrafts the Alentejo region has to offer, particularly the famous wares made of cork, pottery and copper and sample local food products. We take a break for lunch at a traditional Portuguese restaurant.

In the afternoon, we head to Azeitao and visit one of the oldest wineries in Portugal, where you will be able sample the delights and taste the traditional Moscatel de Setúbal. Then it’s time drive back to Lisbon after a memorable day.

Discover the beautiful, melancholic sounds of Fado on a tour through some of Lisbon’s oldest neighbourhoods. Enjoy a homemade Portuguese dinner at a local establishment before touring the tiny, winding streets of Alfama and Mouraria to learn about the history of Fado. End the night at a traditional Fado house and listen to the heartfelt songs while enjoying local wines and snacks.
