These AI-Specific Terms of Use (“AI Terms”) govern your access to and use of our Trip Finder AI Chatbot and all other AI-powered features on our websites and mobile applications (collectively, the “AI Features”).

  • In case of any conflict, these AI Terms will apply concerning your use of the AI Features.

The Trip Finder AI Chatbot is a conversational tool designed to provide general assistance with travel inquiries and trip planning suggestions. The AI Features generate responses based on available information and your inputs using artificial intelligence technology.

Bookings & Quotes: Our in-house team handles all new bookings and quotes directly sent out from our Trip Finder AI Chatbot. To modify or cancel an existing booking, please contact our Main Office.

All responses provided by our AI Features are computer-generated and must be treated as suggestions, not factual commitments or professional advice.

 You Acknowledge and Agree That:

* AI responses may contain errors, inaccuracies, incomplete, or outdated information.

* AI-generated content is general in nature and may not be suitable for your specific travel needs or circumstances.

* AI responses do not constitute binding offers, guarantees, or contractual commitments from us.

* You must independently verify with our staff all AI-generated information before making critical travel decisions.

Our AI Features are for general travel assistance only. They CANNOT and MUST NOT be used for the following actions:

  • Bookings & Quotes: modifying or cancelling any bookings (Please use our official booking system or contact our Guest Contact Centre).
  • Urgent Matters: Emergency assistance or urgent travel issues.
  • Financial/Legal: Processing payments, financial transactions, or providing legal, medical, or immigration advice.
  • Official Commitments: Making official policies or commitments on our behalf.

For any of the matters above, please contact us directly through our official channels.

5. Your Responsibilities

When using the AI Features, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and necessary information in your queries.
  • Avoid using the AI Features for any unlawful, harmful, or inappropriate purposes.
