Upon arrival at Đà Nẵng Airport and clearing all customs procedures, please proceed to the exit gate where your guide will be waiting to transfer you to your hotel for check-in.
The remainder of the day is at leisure for you to explore on your own.
Today you will travel over the Hải Vân Pass and visit the ruins at My Son Holy Land. My Son is considered to be one of the best preserved Cham structures in Vietnam. This site is a must see for those people who are interested in architecture and ancient civilisations and is now one of six UNESCO World Heritage Sites in Vietnam. We then return back to Hội An for some relaxation at the hotel.
Water will be supplied during the tour.
We depart to Cẩm Thanh, a coconut forest referred to as Bảy Mẫu, which has been growing for 200 years. The number of coconuts, which were brought by south western immigrants, completely matched the favourable soil and water conditions of the central area. Those who visit Cẩm Thanh for the first time, have an impression that is hard to fade. The forest is hundreds of hectares of coconuts and stretches all the way to Cửa Đại.
We then return back to Hội An for a walking tour. From the 16th to 18th Centuries, Hội An was a thriving international commercial port for the Chinese, Dutch, French, Japanese, Portuguese and Arab traders. Some of the buildings in the narrow streets have remained unchanged for more than a century. We enjoy a half day walking tour through the narrow winding streets of the Ancient Quarter visiting Chua Ong Pagoda, Chinese Assembly Halls, the 200 year old Tam Ky Ancestral House and the Japanese Bridge.
Cold Towels and Water will be supplied during the tour.
After breakfast at your hotel, you will be met and transferred to the Airport for your onward journey or departure flight home.
Bà Nà Hills with the Golden Bridge
After being picked up from your hotel get ready for a visit to Bà Nà Hills with the Golden Bridge. Highlights such as the Man Tha fishing village, Vọng Nguyệt Hill, the Le Jardin d'Amour flower garden, Linh Ung Pagoda and others. We then continue to visit the fascinating Cham Museum, the famous Mỹ Khê Beach and the Marble Mountains, five stone hillocks, once islands, that now rise sharply from the surrounding rice fields. Riddled with caves and shrines, they are said to each represent one of the five elements of the universe.
Cooking Class at Trà Quế Village
On this tour, you will depart for Trà Quế Herb Village. Upon arrival, take a short stroll around the vegetable garden and listen to the history of the village. Then join in some gardening activities in preparing the land, fertilising with seaweed, raking the ground, sowing, watering and picking vegetables. Enjoy a foot soak before getting to prepare lunch at a local restaurant inside the village.
Join the cooking with ‘Tam Hữu’ spring roll, ‘Bánh Xèo’, a local pancake made by the people in the middle region of Vietnam. After your morning excursions and lunch, you will learn how to harvest and wrap the vegetables.

If your dates of travel fall during Tet, the Vietnamese New Year (Jan 31 – Feb 04, 2022), travellers who are visiting larger cities like Saigon or Hanoi may encounter empty streets and deserted parks as Vietnamese people return to their home town to celebrate the New Year with their families. Most businesses are closed during TET holiday.
