Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before departing to Madaba the 'City of Mosaics' where you will visit the Church of Saint George, which houses the map of the Holy Land made in 571 A.D. Afterwards, continue to Mount Nebo, which is known as the Tomb of Moses, and admire the magnificent view of the Jordan Valley from the summit. From here, our journey continues to Karak through the Kings’ Highway, which is known as the Silk Road due to the trade of silk, perfume and spices. Vsit its Fortress built between 1110 and 1143 A.C. by the Templers during the Crusades, which were then taken by Saladin. Afterwards, we depart to Petra for dinner and our overnight stay. After breakfast, enjoy a classic full day visit of the Nabatean Red Rose City of Petra, where the movie Indiana Jones was filmed. Petra, one of the Seven Wonders of the World, was carved out of rock over 2000 years ago. We will access the city through its entrance (Siq) of 1.2 kilometres before continuing to the impressive monumental Treasury (El Khazneh), which was believed to hold countless treasures. The first view of the 'Khazneh' is breathtaking. Other monuments we can see are the Theatre, the Byzantine Church and the Royal Tombs. You may wish to climb up to the Monastery or the Altar of Sacrifice without guide. Enjoy free time at leisure and visit the Petra Museum if time permits. Afterwards, we return to hotel for dinner and overnight stay. Meals: Breakfast, Dinner
This morning after breakfast we transfer to the Desert of Wadi Rum, which is one of the scenes from the film 'Lawrence of Arabia', 'The Martian' by Mat Damon and 'Star Wars: The Rise of Sky Walker'. It is also one of the most spectacular settings in the Middle East. This Red Desert Sand is where Granite Mountains rise and peaks of red and gold colours penetrate the scenery. A classic tour in 4x4 local vehicles offers breathtaking scenery for approximately 2 hours. Afterwards, we transfer to Aqaba with free time in the city and/or the beach. Our journey then continues to Amman for dinner and our overnight stay. Meals: Breakfast, Dinner
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before joining a panoramic tour of the city, known as Philadelphia. Visit the city centre, downtown with its Roman Theatre, Citadel, traditional markets (Souqs), Churches and Mosques like King Abdullah Blue Mosque next to the Parliament. Afterwards, we head to the Abdali Boulevard and the new modern city with its residential neighbourhood. Our journey continues to Jerash, which is one of the most complete and best preserved of the Roman Empire. Take a walk through time visiting its streets, Theatres, Temples and other places like the great Colonnade, the Arc of Triumph, the oval plaza, as well as the Temples of Zeus and Artemis. Afterwards, we descend to the lowest place on Earth, the Dead Sea and the Desert of Moab. Enjoy some free time to swim in its therapeutic waters, which is an unforgettable experience. You can also enjoy the private facilities such as the beach and pool before we return to Amman. Meals: Breakfast, Dinner
