Upon arrival to Cairo International Airport, you will be met by a representative and transferred to your hotel for your overnight stay.
After breakfast, you will be met in the hotel by your private Egyptologist Tour Guide and Driver who will pick you up for the start your tour. Enjoy the drive to Giza to visit the Pyramids. Here, see the Great Pyramid, a Royal Burial Chamber and the Sphinx. Lunch will be en route before continuing on to visit the Egyptian Museum, which houses a magnificent collection of Pharaonic Antiquities including the Golden treasures of Tutankhamun. Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before meeting a representative who will pick you up from the hotel and transfer you to Cairo Airport for your flight to Luxor. Upon arrival at Luxor Airport, you will be met by a representative who will pick you up and transfer you to your Nile Cruise for embarkation. This afternoon, you will visit the great Luxor Temple and the magnificent Karnak Temple of Amun with its famous Hypostyle Hall, 134 huge columns, Statue of Ramses II, Obelisk of Queen Hatshepsut and the Sacred Lake. This morning, enjoy a sightseeing tour in Luxor and the West Bank (Thebes), which is where some of the richest treasures in the world exists such as the Tomb of Tutankhamun (optional) and other Royal Tombs including Ramses VI in the Valley of the Kings. Here, you will be able to visit some of these Tombs as well as Hatshepsut Funerary Temple at Dier El Bahari and the Colossi of Memnon. Afterwards, you will be transferred back to your Cruise for lunch. In the afternoon, we will sail through the locks of Esna to Edfu with dinner onboard. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
After breakfast this morning, we will visit the Horus Temple of Edfu, which is one of the three beautiful Temples of the Ptolemaic Period. We will sail to Kom Ombo, where you will visit the Sobek Temple, which is dedicated to the two Gods and offers beautiful murals and reliefs. Afterwards, we will sail to Aswan. Enjoy breakfast before visiting the High Dam, the Granite Quarries and the Philae Temple. In the afternoon, we will sail on an Egyptian Felucca around Elephantine Island, the Botanical Gardens on Kitchener Island and the Agha Khan Mausoleum. Overnight in Aswan. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
This morning after breakfast, disembark from the Felucca for your transfer to Aswan Airport for your flight to Cairo. Upon arrival in Cairo, you will be met by a representative and transferred to your hotel for your overnight stay. Meals: Breakfast
