After arrival in Barcelona, make you own way via Train to L'Escala. A representative will meet you at the nearby Train Station in Catalonia and transfer you to your first accommodation. The rest of your day is to relax and explore the town.
Today, make your way onto the beautiful coastal trail. En route you will pass the walled settlement of Sant Martí d'Empúries, which is well worth a visit. The real highlight, however, is the fascinating Greek and Roman ruins at nearby Empúries. Your ultimate destination today is Sant Pere Pescador. Meals: Breakfast

To start today's walk you will follow the banks of the River Fluvià, along the beach at its mouth and through the Aiguamolls Natural Park, which is dotted with hides for Bird spotting opportunities. From Aiguamolls you will then walk to Castelló d'Empúries. Meals: Breakfast
After breakfast, transfer on your own to Platja de Canyelles. You will then walk along the Coast to Cadaqués, a favourite destination of both Picasso and Salvador Dalí. Meals: Breakfast
Today you will spend the day in Cadaqués where you can explore the numerous small winding alleyways. A visit to the Parish Church from the 17th Century should not be missed. You may also wish to walk to the Cap de Creus Lighthouse. Meals: Breakfast
Today you will leave Cadaqués and make your way North through the heart of the famous Cap de Creus National Park. You will be following a deeply rural path with beautiful views of the Catalan countryside before arriving at El Port de la Selva. Meals: Breakfast
Leaving El Port de la Selva behind you, you will travel South West ascending up to the Sant Pere de Rodes Cloister. Meals: Breakfast
After breakfast, transfer to a nearby Train Station and travel back to Barcelona Airport for your flight home. Alternatively, transfer to Girona Airport or Girona City Centre. Meals: Breakfast
