See contemporary Madrid with areas such as Gran Vía, Castellana, the District of Salamanca, as well as the commercial and financial areas of Modern Madrid and the Santiago Bernabéu Football Stadium. Today, enjoy breakfast at the hotel before we depart Madrid bound for Andalusian soil as we drive to Mérida, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Mérida is known for its well preserved Roman ruins including the Roman Theatre and Amphitheatre. Explore its rich historical heritage before continuing to Córdoba, which was once the Capital of the Caliphate. Overnight stay in Córdoba. Meals: Breakfast

This morning, depart on a panoramic city tour visiting the Cathedral, which is the second largest in the Catholic world after St. Peters in Rome, Santa Cruz Quarter, which is a natural scenario of 'Carmen' as well as a precisely where the myth of 'Don Juan' developed, Maria Luisa Park and Plaza de España. After breakfast, we will travel South through Andalusian villages to Jerez, where you will be captivated by two of the essential elements of the Andalusian soul, Wine and Horses. We will visit the Royal Andalusian School of Equestrian Art and enjoy a Wine tasting in one of the famous local Wineries. Afterwards, we continue to Ronda for a visit to an Olive Oil production facility at LA Organic and taste their organic Olive Oil. Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before departing from Ronda towards Gibraltar. Upon arrival, visit 'ON THE ROCKS' in Gibraltar before enjoying some free time. Afterwards, we continue to Algeciras to take the Ferry to Tangier. Upon arrival in Tangier, our first contact with Morocco, we will be transferred to Tétouan, which is a city known as 'The White Dove’ and whose Medina is recognised a UNESCO World Heritage Site. After breakfast, enjoy a panoramic visit to the most interesting places in Tétouan before continuing to Chefchaouen, which is considered the 'Blue City' due to the colour of its houses and streets. Upon arrival, enjoy visiting the city and walking through its Uta El Hammam Square with free time for shopping and lunch. Afterwards, we depart Chefchaouen for Fès, crossing the Rif Mountain Range to arrive in the late afternoon. Meals: Breakfast, Dinner
After breakfast, enjoy a visit to the country's religious city. Founded in the 8th Century by Idriss II, it is considered one of the Four Imperial Capitals. During this visit, a tour is conducted through the most emblematic places such as the Royal Palace Gates, the Jewish Quarter and the Fortress that offers the best view of Fès el-Bali, the Medina or Old City. A walking tour will lead us to the famous Bab Bou Jeloud Gate offering a glimpse into a part of the city that still lives close to the Middle Ages. Walls protect its interior, formed by hundreds of labyrinthine alleys where visitors can experience a multitude of smells and flavours in this UNESCO World Heritage Site. We arrive at a Palace in the city for a practical class on how to prepare one of Morocco's most typical dishes, Couscous. Guests will have the opportunity to help the cooks finish this dish. Today after breakfast, we depart Fès towards Marrakech, traveling entirely on the highway. Enjoy a stop in Casablanca with free time for lunch and a visit to the city. The tour includes the United Nations Square, Habous Quarter and the exterior of the Great Hassan II Mosque. We depart Casablanca, arriving in Marrakech in the late afternoon for dinner at the hotel. This morning, we depart for a city tour beginning with the Grand Menara Gardens, which feature a side Pavilion and countless Olive Trees. Afterwards, enjoy an exterior visit to the Koutoubia Minaret, which is the twin of Seville's Giralda. In the old part of the city, visit the Dar el Bacha Museum, which is known for its spectacular architecture. Finally, we will head to the Jamaa el-Fnaa Square, one of Morocco's most interesting places, where you can access the Souks and Medina. In the afternoon, enjoy a visit to different artisan guilds including woodworkers, potters, tanners and spice merchants. At some point, we will visit a riad in the Medina, a Palace house for a traditional Tea Ceremony conducted by an expert. This morning after breakfast, we depart Rabat to Tangier. Upon arrival, enjoy a panoramic tour of Cape Spartel, the Palace Route and the Kasbah, which is where the city's inhabitants defended against Pirate attacks centuries ago. Afterwards, we will transfer to the Tangier Port for a fast Catamaran to Tarifa before continuing to Málaga for our overnight stay. Meals: Breakfast
After breakfast, enjoy a visit of the city and explore its historical and cultural attractions. Málaga is a city full of corners that look back on several centuries of history, from the time of the Romans with its magnificent theatre, to the time of the Arabs with the Alcazaba or the Castle of Gibralfaro. Afterwards, we continue our journey to Granada. This city is located at the foot of Sierra Nevada between the Darro and Genil Rivers and is one of the jewels of Andalusia. Here, the impressive Andalusian legacy, represented by the Alhambra, is complemented by Renaissance architectural gems. We will have the chance to learn how to dance Flamenco before attending a dinner with a Flamenco Show in one of the most typical venues in Granada. After dinner, we invite you to take the opportunity to enjoy the wonderful views of Granada from one of the city's viewpoints. Meals: Breakfast, Dinner
