After breakfast, today's walk takes us to a small family run farm near Montalbano Village, where we are welcomed and will stop for a short break to sample some of Senora Milena's locally produced farm produce. The farm is located at the foothills of South Eastern Murgia and surrounded by the hills, which stand the three sanctuaries close to Ostuni San Biagio, Sant'Oronzo and Santa Maria d'Agnano. The property is home to hundreds of Olive trees. Afterwards, we continue our walk from Ostuni arriving at Dune Costiere Regional Natural Park. This interesting protected area of Southern Italy is rich with different habitat types and sites of historic importance. There are plenty of beaches, coves and dunes and is a regular stopping point for migratory birds on their route from Europe to Africa. We will have free time to explore or relax as you wish, before returning to Ostuni by public transport. Meals: Breakfast

Today's walk takes us from Uggiano la Chiesa to Otranto following a section of the Via Francigena. Dotted within the beautiful countryside and farmlands, we will find old buildings along the way including the ruins of the Ancient Abbey of Casole, which is located on the old Pilgrimage Passage for Crusaders and Devotees to the Holy Land. Here, we will stop at a farm for some local Cheese tasting. Before reaching Otranto, we will climb up the gentle Colle della Minerva, whose name recalls the existence of a Temple dedicated to the Goddess. At the top of the staircase stands the Sanctuary of St. Maria dei Martiri where a Chapel was erected in memory of the massacre of 1480. In Otranto the rest of the afternoon is free to enjoy the town at our leisure. Meals: Breakfast
