Departing at 07:30am, your adventure begins with a scenic transfer from Rome to Sorrento. As we travel, marvel at the stunning landscapes of the Italian countryside and breathtaking views along the Coast where crystal-clear waters meet hills dotted with Citrus groves and charming villages. Arriving in Sorrento, the jewel of the Amalfi Coast, you will be enchanted by its vibrant streets, artisan ceramic workshops and historic Churches. After checking in at your hotel, enjoy the afternoon at your leisure. For those seeking more adventure, consider joining an optional tour to explore the spectacular Amalfi Coast. After breakfast, spend a leisurely day exploring Sorrento, the jewel of the Sorrentine Peninsula, famous for the cultivation of Oranges, Lemon and Olive trees. After breakfast in your hotel, at 11:00am transfer to the beautiful coastal Town of Amalfi. Check-in to the hotel and the remainder of the day is at leisure. Meals: Breakfast
Today, enjoy a leisurely day exploring the wonderful Ancient Capital of the Maritime Republic of Amalfi, taking in the city’s main sights, plunging into the waters of the Gulf of Salerno or sipping on some of the locally produced Limoncello. Return to your hotel for some well deserved rest and relaxation. Meals: Breakfast
After breakfast at your hotel, do some last minute sightseeing or shopping in Amalfi. Then, in the afternoon we will depart for Pompeii before continuing on to Rome, where the tour will come to an end. (Estimated arrival time in Rome is approx. 21:00pm). Meals: Breakfast
