Meet your assistant in Termini Station, at around 8:30am and take the high speed train to Naples. Upon arrival in Naples, our expert local assistant meets you at Naples Train Station in front of the fountain inside the station and you will proceed to Pompeii for the private guided tour of the Archaeological Excavations. This ancient Roman city was destroyed when Vesuvius erupted in 79 A.D. and buried it, preserving it under a sea of volcanic ash for nearly 1700 years. At the end of the visit transfer to Sorrento, famous for its picturesque Old Town Centre and characteristic Fisherman's Village of Marina Grande, one of the most authentic treasures. Overnight stay in Sorrento.
After breakfast in the hotel, depart for the port and sail to Capri by traditional Gozzo Sorrentino. Enjoy a boat trip around the island and the possibility to swim in its crystal clear waters or visit the Blue Grotto (optional entrance if weather permitting). Once landed on the island, you will continue by minibus to discover it and reach the legendary Piazzetta, which is the heart of the island. Enjoy some free time to explore Capri at your own pace. Return to the port to head back to Sorrento for your overnight stay. Meals: Breakfast

Breakfast at the hotel. Today, your day is free at leisure to explore the beauty of the area. There is a possibility to add optional tours to visit the Amalfi Coast such as a walking tour of Ravello, one of the most enchanting places in Italy or you can feel and taste the true essence of the Amalfi Coast discovering all Limoncello production phases in a real panoramic Limonaia, a gorgeous lemon garden. After breakfast in the hotel, your morning is free at leisure in Sorrento. Afterwards, you will be transferred from Sorrento to Naples at around 15:30pm where our local assistant at Naples Train Station will help you to board the high speed train going to Rome for your journey onward.
