You will arrive independently to the hotel in Catania for check-in. Tonight, enjoy a welcome drink and dinner at the hotel. Meals: Dinner
After a buffet breakfast, we depart for Syracuse and visit the World Heritage Site 'Neapolis'. The visit to this Archaeological area includes the famous Greek Theatre, the Roman Amphitheatre, the Latomia of Paradise and the 'Dionysius Ear'. Afterwards, we continue to the Island of Ortigia, the small Baroque Old City Centre of Syracuse. Visit the beautiful Cathedral, which is built upon the site of the Doric Temple of Minerva, the legendary Arethusa's Fountain and the Temple of Apollo. Enjoy a 'street food' light lunch in the centre of Ortigia before taking an afternoon stroll through the street of the centre and some shopping. We will then return to the hotel in Catania. Enjoy your evening free to experience the city and its nightlife and to dine in one of the typical restaurants in the city centre. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch

After breakfast, we will depart for a nice walk in Catania, strolling through the city centre and visiting the famous Fish Market 'A Piscaria', which is one of the largest Fish Markets in Sicily. As old as the city itself, it’s a great way to experience the abundant fishing and Seafood culture of Sicily with a very special and authentic atmosphere. Afterwards, we depart to Ragusa, which is renowned for its Cheese production. Here, we will stop for a tasting of artisan Cheeses and Sicilian specialties (light lunch). Enjoy a panoramic tour of the historical centre 'Ibla', which is by the 'Baroque Train'. Here, admire the stunning Baroque Palaces and Churches. Together with other seven cities in the Val di Noto, Ragusa is listed among the UNESCO World Heritage Sites. We will then continue to the hotel where we will have free time to relax by the swimming pool or at the Spa. Tonight, dinner is served at the hotel. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
Today after breakfast, we depart for Agrigento, which is a hillside town famous for its magnificent Valley of the Temples, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Enjoy some free time to visit the Valley including the Temple of Concordia, which is almost in perfectly preserved condition, the Temples of Juno and Hercules. You will have free time for lunch on your own. In the afternoon, we will proceed to Marsala, which is a city on the Western Coast famous for its production of sweet Sicilian Wine. Upon arrival in Baglio Donna Franca, which is a perfectly restored 19th Century Baglio in the Marsala countryside on the hills in front of the Egadi Islands. The Baglio was a property of the Florio Family. Here, we will have the opportunity to visit the Cellar and learn all about Wine making. At the end of the tour, enjoy a Wine tasting and light dinner at sunset. Meals: Breakfast, Dinner
This morning, we will departure to Erice after breakfast via the spectacular 'Salt Route', which is a road flanked by the salt pans, windmills and the 'salt houses' where they still extract the sea salt just like the Phoenicians. Upon arrival in Erice, which is placed on the top of a hill overlooking the city of Trapani and the Egadi Islands, we will walk through its tiny and characteristic streets, winding lanes and inner courtyards and stop for a Biscuit tasting. Afterwards, we continue to Monreale with a light lunch of local specialties along the way. Monreale is situated in a panoramic position on a hill just a few kilometres from Palermo. Upon arrival, you will visit the Cathedral, which is one of the most beautiful monuments in the world with its Moorish architecture housing fine mosaics representing a complete cycle of the Old and New Testaments in Arab-Normal style. Afterwards, we continue to Palermo for our overnight stay. Enjoy some free time at leisure for shopping and dinner. Meals: Breakfast
