After breakfast, enjoy some free time at leisure to visit Palermo and have lunch. In the afternoon, we depart to visit the Town of Monreale, which is situated on a hill just a few kilometres from Palermo in panoramic position. Here, visit the Cathedral, which is one of the most beautiful monuments in the world with its Moorish architecture and houses fine mosaics representing a complete cycle of the Old and New Testaments in Arab-Norman style. Afterwards, we will return to Palermo where the remainder of the day is free for shopping and dinner on your own. Meals: Breakfast

Today after breakfast, enjoy a walking tour of Palermo, the Capital of Sicily. We will start by walking along visiting the Corso Vittorio Emanuele to reach 'I Quattro Canti di Città' Piazza Pretoria and Piazza Bellini. We will then continue on to visit the Cathedral, which is one of the most important architectural monuments. From here, we continue on to the most famous and historical Markets of Palermo to experience the authenticity of this wonderful and colourful city. Afterwards, we will continue to Cefalù, which is a former fishing village now charming coastal town. Enjoy a walk to the city centre and down main street to reach the Arab-Norman Cathedral and the Medieval Washhouse built in the rock. You will have some free time at leisure to explore the town, shop and have lunch on your own. Afterwards, we will proceed to Taormina through the coastal road passing through Messina where we will have the chance to admire the suggestive scenery of the Strait of Messina. The afternoon is free at leisure for dinner on your own. Meals: Breakfast
After breakfast, enjoy an excursion to Mount Etna, which is the highest active Volcano in Europe. We will reach a height of 1,800 metres to visit the Sylvester Craters where we will enjoy a spectacular panorama over the Ionian Sea. Stop at a local Winery on the eastern slopes of Etna and visit a prestigious Cellar. Here, we will have the opportunity to taste different local Wines accompanied by local Cheese and cold cuts. In the afternoon, we head back to Taormina, which is charming city called 'the pearl of the Ionian Sea'. Enjoy time at leisure for shopping or walking through its tiny streets. You will have the possibility to visit the Greek-Roman Theatre on your own with its spectacular view of Giardini Naxos and Mount Etna. Free time for dinner. Meals: Breakfast
This morning, we depart to Milazzo boarding at the Port of Milazzo for Lipari by Hydrofoil. Upon arrival on the Island of Lipari, which is the largest of the Aeolian Archipelago, we will be transferred to the hotel for check-in. Enjoy free time to visit the delightful village of Lipari with lunch on your own. In the afternoon, enjoy a taxi tour of the Island of Lipari. Tonight, you will have free time for dinner. After breakfast, enjoy the morning free at leisure to explore and have lunch on your own. In the late morning, we will depart by boat to Panarea and Stromboli. Our first stop is to Panarea where it will be possible to visit the small village with a pleasant walk along the streets among the white Aeolian style houses. Afterwards, we will continue on the boat to Stromboli, which is an island defined as the wildest island because it seems to preserve its bond with nature and, in particular, with the Volcano the locals call 'Iddu'. Enjoy free time to visit the island on your own. Once you get back on the boat, we continue on reaching the 'Sciara del fuoco', which is a ridge of the Crater where the Lava descends. From the boat it will also be possible to witness the evocative eruptions of the Volcano that follow one another with intervals of about 15 minutes. We return to Lipari in the evening. Enjoy breakfast in hotel before departing Lipari by boat to Salina. Enjoy a stop in the centre of S. Marina before continuing by boat to circumnavigate the island. You can swim in Pollara, the beach of the famous film 'Il Postino'. Enjoy free time for lunch. Afterwards, continue to Lingua to see the salt lake where salt was extracted in ancient times (hence the name of the island). We return to Lipari in the afternoon. Enjoy free time at leisure for shopping and dinner. Meals: Breakfast
This morning after breakfast, you will be transferred to the Port of Lipari to board the Hydrofoil for Milazzo. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to the hotel in Catania for check-in. Enjoy lunch on your own and the afternoon at your leisure to visit of the historic centre of Catania and its main attractions including the Piazza Duomo, Pescheria, Castello Ursino, Piazza San Francesco, via Teatro Greco, Piazza Dante, via Gesuiti, Alessi Staircase, Piazza Università, Piazza Vincenzo Bellini and Piazza San Placido.
