At approx. 06:30am you will be picked up directly from your hotel and taken to the Bus departure point. Departing from Rome at 07:30am, enjoy a comfortable drive through the Italian Countryside with a short stop along the way before continuing South towards the Ancient City of Pompeii, set at the foot of Mount Vesuvius. Upon arrival to Pompeii, explore this remarkable UNESCO World Heritage Site with an expert Licensed Guide on a comprehensive Archaeological Tour. Enjoy an indepth 2.5 Hour exploration of the Site, designed to let you fully immerse yourself in the history and daily life of Ancient Rome. Today, spend a leisurely day exploring Sorrento, the jewel of the Sorrentine Peninsula, famous for the cultivation of Oranges, Lemons and Olive Trees. You could also opt for a day excursion to Amalfi Coast (not included). Return to your hotel in Sorrento for dinner and an overnight stay. Meals: Breakfast
After breakfast, you will embark to Capri Island. Depending on weather conditions, you will take a boat ride to the popular and dreamy 'Grotta Azzurra' (Blue Grotto), where sunlight passes into an underwater cavity and shines through the seawater, creating a magical blue reflection. After visiting the Blue Grotto, we continue to the Giardini di Augusto (Gardens of Augustus), a beautifully landscaped terrace offering panoramic views of the iconic Faraglioni Rock Formations and the Marina Piccola Bay, which is an ideal spot for photos and a relaxing stroll. You will see wonderful views of the Bay of Naples with free time for lunch (not included). After lunch, enjoy some free time to explore Capri at your leisure or go shopping. In the afternoon, you will check-in to your new hotel for a well deserved rest. Meals: Breakfast
This morning, set out early to discover the beauty of Capri at your leisure. Explore the many shops and restaurants of this wonderful island or take a swim in the Gulf of Naples. If the excursion to the Blue Grotto was not possible on Day 3 due to sea conditions, you may choose to take the row boat excursion today. Return to your hotel for your last evening in Capri. After breakfast at your hotel, do some last minute sightseeing or shopping in Capri. This afternoon, between 16:00-16:30pm you will board the ferry to Naples before returning back to Rome, where the tour will come to an end. (Estimated arrival time in Rome is 21:00pm). Meals: Breakfast
