Today we depart Rome, with our first stop in the Tuscan Town of Siena. Enjoy free time in this scenic destination, which is famous for its cuisine, wine, art, Museums, Medieval cityscape and the Palio di Siena (the famous horse race held twice a year). Afterwards, our journey continues to Venice. This evening you will have the chance to see the city solo, relax at the hotel or choose to join your Tour Leader on an optional Venice by Night Excursion. This city exudes a feeling of magic, which has been captured in art, film and literature for Centuries and there is no doubt it will capture your heart and imagination. Meals: Breakfast
Enjoy a full free day to explore at your leisure. Visit must-see sights like St Mark's Square, Doge's Palace, Rialto Market, and more for an unforgettable experience. Every visit to Venice should include a gondola ride, which your tour leader can organise for you, as well as a trip further out into the lagoon to Murano and Burano. These islands are famous for their glass blowing and lace making crafts respectively and rows of beautiful multi coloured houses. This morning, we depart Venice and cross the Border into Switzerland. Our tour continues to the Swiss Alps with a stop at Lucerne, a gorgeous Swiss city, along the way for an orientation tour and some free time here. Afterwards, enjoy a scenic drive through the Swiss Mountains and admire the Alpine Scenery en route to our Accommodation for the next two nights in the Jungfrau Region. The views of the stunning landscapes, crystalline lakes and snow capped mountains are unbeatable. We arrive later today and upon arrival tuck into an included group dinner. Meals: Breakfast, Dinner
Enjoy a free day in the Swiss Alps. One of the highlights of this tour is the chance to join the optional train ride to the 'Top of Europe', Jungfraujoch. The views will leave you breathless and not just because of the high altitude! This 4,000 metre glacier has a unique beauty and the combination of ice, snow, rock and epic views will stay with you for life. There is snow all year round, even in the middle of summer! It will definitely make for some fantastic photos! Alternatively, explore at lower altitudes and discover the hidden gems of the local village or take in the spectacular local scenery outdoors. Complete the day with an optional Swiss fondue dinner for an authentic taste of Switzerland. Meals: Breakfast
This morning we say farewell to the Swiss Alps because today Germany is calling! Journey through the mesmerising Black Forest. Admire tall pine trees and babbling brooks! Stop at Lake Titisee and enjoy free time for lunch in Triberg. Afterwards, tick 'World's Largest Cuckoo Clock' off your bucket list before visiting Freudenstadt, known for its beautiful Market Square. Dinner is included this evening at tonight's hotel in the Black Forest Region. Meals: Breakfast, Dinner
Say 'Auf Wiedersehen' to the Black Forest, it's time to travel to the beautiful Rhine Valley. From Saint Goar, we take a boat cruise to the next river stop of Boppard. Watch vineyards, Castles, forests and towers roll by while relaxing onboard. Disembark and enjoy a wine tasting at a local cellar. The Rhine Valley is renowned for cultivars like Riesling and Gewürztraminer. Afterwards, our journey continues on to Amsterdam. Enjoy dinner at a local restaurant and settle into the Accommodation for the night. Meals: Breakfast, Dinner
Today begins with a cruise of Amsterdam's charming canals! Enjoy a unique way of sightseeing while you admire the city's top landmarks from its beloved waterways. Then, join an optional excursion to the Dutch countryside. Visit a local cheese farm and clog factory, stop at Zaanse Schans, a windmill village and visit the quaint seaside village of Volendam. Later, join the optional farewell dinner. Taste delicious Dutch pancakes and toast to the last night of the tour! Meals: Breakfast
