Today, pick up your car and travel into Dublin to check into your hotel. The remainder of the day if free at leisure to be spent exploring this vibrant and historic Capital City. See its many historic buildings, Georgian streets and colourful gardens. Enjoy your first night spent in Dublin.
After breakfast, enjoy the day to explore some of Dublin's cultural attractions. Visit Dublinia at Christchurch, which brings the turbulent History of Medieval Dublin vividly to life. You should also stop by the 16th Century Trinity College, which was founded by Elizabeth I, and is now home to the famous illuminated manuscript, the Book of Kells. Don't forget about visiting the Guinness Storehouse for a tasting of this world famous 'black stuff' before you return to your hotel. Meals: Breakfast

This morning after breakfast, leave Dublin and travel across the rich midland pastures. Visit Belvedere House, Gardens and Park along the way to see the magnificent early 18th Century stately home of Robert Rochfort, the Earl of Belvedere. Galway is a town that has long traded with Spain and still showcases Spanish influences throughout the city. Continue to the Connemara region, which is famous for the savage beauty of its lake and mountain scenery, and on to Clifden where you shall be staying in the wonderful Abbeyglen Castle, which has a panoramic view of Clifden. Today, visit Connemara National Park where Connemara ponies and Irish red deer roam freely through 5,000 acres of scenic mountains, bogs and grassland. You can also visit the magnificent Kylemore Abbey, which is a beautiful Mansion in a lakeside setting against a mountainous backdrop. Afterwards, take a scenic drive through Leenane where you have an option to board the Sea Cruise through Killary Fjord. Enjoy another night spent in Abbeyglen Castle. Meals: Breakfast
After breakfast, leave your hotel in Clifden and travel south to Clare, which is known as the 'Land of Castles'. From here, you can travel on through the strange Lunar landscape of the Burren region or visit the Cliffs of Moher, which is a spectacular 5 mile long cliff rising almost 200 metres above sea level. Stop in the heritage town of Kilrush, before boarding a ferry to Tarbert (ferry not included) in north County Kerry. Upon arrival in Tarbert, travel to the hotel for your overnight stay. Today, you have the day free to drive around the Dingle Peninsula. Arriving in Dunquin, on the westernmost tip of the peninsula, you can visit the Blasket Islands Heritage Centre and, if the weather permits, embark on a 2 to 3 hour boat trip around the nine main Basket Islands. Afterwards, return to your hotel in Kerry for the night. Meals: Breakfast
After breakfast, depart your hotel and drive to the Medieval City of Limerick to either explore its history and architecture or purchase some of the splendid crafts on offer. Why not visit the Hunt Museum, an exhibition of one of Ireland's greatest private collections of art and antiquities. Afterwards, leave Limerick and travel eastwards towards Straffan in County Kildare to visit the imposing Rock of Cashel, which rises dramatically from the flat countryside. After breakfast, depart your hotel and travel to Dublin Airport to drop your car off and embark on you return flight home or onward journey. Meals: Breakfast
