Escorted Tours
Upon arrival in Reykjavík, take a flight to Ilulissat. After airport formalities, you will be transferred to your hotel for check-in. In the afternoon join a Guided Cultural City Walk of Ilulissat (approx. 2 hours) to get the most out of your stay. Your tour guide will give you a short introduction to Ilulissat including its history and culture as well as some of the meeting points, great places to dine or find local art and souvenirs. During your cultural city walk, you will see the most important sites of this charming little colourful town located next to the UNESCO Listed Ilulissat Icefjord. Tonight, there is an optional Northern Lights Tour available (not included).
Today after breakfast, enjoy visiting a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the major highlights in Greenland, the Ilulissat Icefjord, on a 2 hour Icefjord Sailing Trip. Afterwards, enjoy the rest of the day free at leisure. Meals: Breakfast
