Follow the Véloroute before bifurcating to the village of the famous monk Dom Pérignon, Hautvillers! After a short stop, ride along the picturesque routes bordered by vineyards offering nice view points on the Vallée de la Marne, before reaching Baulne-en-Brie, one of the oldest Villages of Champagne.
