Upon arrival in Zagreb, you will be met and transferred to your hotel for check-in. Tonight, enjoy a Welcome Dinner this evening with your Tour Director and fellow travellers at the hotel. Meals: Dinner
After breakfast, visit the historic Upper Town, St. Mark’s Church and St. Catherine’s Church. View the Parliament, the Government Palace and the Cathedral before strolling down to the Ban Jelačić Square diving into the Christmas Markets atmosphere. Enjoy a cup of Mulled Wine, stroll along the Zrinjevac Park and, if you wish, go Ice Skating in the Ice Park, which has a track surrounding the entire park. Stay in the city on own or walk together back to your hotel. Along the way we will view the building of the Croatian National Theatre, the Modern Music Academy and Mimara Museum. After breakfast, we continue to Ljubljana where we will meet our local guide for a city tour. We will walk across the famous Dragon Bridge, through festive Squares and Streets. Take the Funicular Railway up to Ljubljana Castle and enjoy a great view of the city followed by free time to have fun at the Christmas Markets with lively music, street food and various events. Overnight stay in Ljubljana. Meals: Breakfast
Spend the morning getting to know one of the most beautiful natural Lakes in the world, Lake Bled. Today, we will visit the iconic Bled Castle, which overlooks the Lake from a cliff above. Continuing by bus, we will continue to Radovljica. The sight where one of the famous Coca Cola Christmas Commercials was filmed. In the late afternoon, you will return to Ljubljana to enjoy this beautiful festive city on your own. Meals: Breakfast
This morning, we will leave Slovenia and continue to Salzburg, the City of Mozart. Besides the well known sight including Getreidegasse, the Cathedrale and the Festival House. We will also view Mozart's Birthplace and the famous 'Silent Night' Chapel. In the afternoon, you will have time on your own for strolling around the Christmas Markets before we continue to Munich. Enjoy a Farewell Dinner at a local restaurant. Meals: Breakfast, Dinner
Today, join a City Tour of Munich, the Capital of the State of Bavaria. We will view Nymphenburg Castle, which in past times was a Baroque Palace and residence of the Monarchs of Bavaria. Next, you will see the Residence, Maximilian and Leopold Street, the Opera, the Olympic Grounds, the Marienplatz with the City Hall and the famous Carillon, Church of St. Peter, the Viktualienmarkt and many more. The afternoon is dedicated to visiting the oldest among the Christmas Markets in Munich, the Christkindl Market at Marienplatz (Main Square). Tonight, enjoy a farewell dinner at a local restaurant.
