Warsaw is essentially a post war city with a meticulously reconstructed Old Town. This morning's sightseeing tour includes the Royal Route and the Old Town with the Royal Castle, St. John's Cathedral, the Old Town Market Square and the Barbican. This morning, we depart from the Warsaw Railway Station and board our train bound for Kraków. We travel through the flat low laying plains of Central Poland until we reach Kraków in the early afternoon. Upon our arrival, we start a sightseeing tour that will include the Old Town with the St. Mary's Church, the Jagiellonian University and the Cloth Halls as well as Wawel with Wawel Castle and Wawel Cathedral. At the conclusion of the tour we will then head to the hotel for check-in. This evening, enjoy an unforgettable New Year Gala Dinner. Meals: Breakfast, Dinner
Happy New Year! After breakfast, the morning is free at leisure. Late this afternoon there is an optional guided Kraków Christmas Market tour. Here, you will learn about the Nativity displays and listen to the most amazing stories about Christmas customs in Poland. Afterwards, you will be guided through the market to learn about the traditions behind the stalls and the items sold. Meals: Breakfast
After breakfast, you will be transferred to the airport for your onward flight. Meals: Breakfast
