Today, we travel by train to the Capital of the Alsace region in France, Strasbourg. With its extraordinary Cathedral, carved like a work of lace, Strasbourg is one of the most beautiful cities in Europe. Its Christmas Market is the oldest in France with hundreds of merchants offering original gifts as well as different culinary specialties, such as the typical sweets, mulled wine, cakes and much more.
