Description:

After breakfast at your hotel, your guide will meet you for a full day excursion to the rugged and mountainous eastern Bali. We drive to visit Besakih the Mother Temple. Besakih Temple is the biggest Hindu Temple in Bali, which the local people call Pura Besakih. There is a beautiful view from the top of Temple area where you can see the wide natural panorama all the way through to the ocean, which is why the Temple is visited by tourists from all over the world. The Temple is located on the southwest side bevel of Mt. Agung, the biggest mountains in Bali. We will enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.

After lunch, we drive to visit the Blangsinga Waterfall near Ubud, one of the most picturesque waterfalls in Bali. This waterfall is known by two names depending on which village you come through. However, if you come through Tegenungan Village the Waterfall will be called Tegenungan Waterfall. But if you come through Jalan Raya Blangsinga at Blahbatuh, Gianyar the Waterfall is called Blangsinga Waterfall. After our visit we return back to the hotel.

Description:

After breakfast at your hotel, you will be met and transferred for a half day rafting trip on the Ayung River just outside town. This easy, two hour trip requires no previous rafting experience and traverses some of the most dramatic scenery on the island, including passing through eight miles of deep mountain gorges, wild jungles, picturesque rice paddies and thundering waterfalls. For the most part, it is a relaxing journey through beautiful country however, there are a few thrilling white water sections up to class III.

After an extravagant buffet lunch by the river, climb back up to the rafting shop and after a chance to shower and change, we return to the hotel with the remainder of the day at your leisure.

After breakfast, enjoy some free time to explore on your own. In the afternoon your guide will meet you at the hotel for your visit to Uluwatu, a beautiful highland in the south of Bali. Uluwatu Temple is a Hindu Temple set on the cliff bank in south part of the Bali Peninsula. It is one of the Sad Kahyangan Temples in Bali (six big groups of Bali Temples), located in Pecatu Village, Sub district of South Kuta and Badung Regency. It is situated on a coral reef about 80 metres above the sea level. The name Uluwatu comes from the word Ulu meaning the head and Watu meaning stone. Therefore Uluwatu Temple means the Temple built in tip of the coral reef. We then enjoy a Kecak Dance performance where a chorus of a hundred men chant hypnotically as dancers enact scenes from the Hindu epic Ramayana. We then return to hotel.
