Visit: Zagreb, Plitvice, Split, Korčula, Dubrovnik, Mostar, Sarajevo, Zadar, Opatija, Pula and Piran

Day 1 (Sunday): Arrival in Zagreb

On arrival in zagreb you will be met and transferred to the hotel for check-in. 

Day 2 (Monday): Zagreb

This morning enjoy a city tour featuring the historic Upper Town, St Mark’s Church, St. Catherine’s Church, the Cathedral, Parliament, and the Government Palace. The rest of the day is free to explore the winding streets of the Old Town.

Day 3 (Tuesday): Plitvice - Split

Travel to spectacular Plitvice Lakes National Park. Have your camera ready as you take a walking tour around some of the lower lakes. Enjoy the breathtaking scenery of this natural wonder with more than 16 terraced lakes surrounded by thickly wooded mountains and lush vegetation. Then you'll continue your journey to Split.

Day 4 (Wednesday): Split

Enjoy a city tour featuring the historic inner city, built around the Roman Emperor Diocletian's Palace, a UNESCO World Cultural Heritage site. Finally, see the remnants of Split's Roman heritage, its Renaissance and Gothic structures, Jupiter's Temple, the Peristyle and the Cathedral.

Day 5 (Thursday): Korčula

After breakfast you have some free time in Split.  In the afternoon, we travel to the island of Korčula. On arrival, you'll have some free time to enjoy this beautiful island at your own pace.

Day 6 (Friday): Dubrovnik

The beautiful medieval town of Korčula has streets arranged in the shape of a fish bone, which ensures the flow of fresh air and protects it from strong winds. According to legend, the famous adventurer Marco Polo was born here. After our visit here, we continue on to Dubrovnik.

Day 7 (Saturday): Dubrovnik

Start the day with a walking tour of Old Dubrovnik this morning. Visit the Rector's Palace, and see the Bell Tower Clock, Orlando's Column and Sponza Palace. Next, see the Dominican Monastery and Franciscan Monastery with its Pharmacy, one of the oldest in the world. The rest of the day is at leisure to explore on your own, enjoy the picturesque setting, shop or simply relax.

Day 8 (Sunday): Mostar

After breakfast, we'll continue our trip towards Mostar. Mostar is situated on the Neretva River and was named after the bridge keepers (mostari) who guarded the Stari Most (Old Bridge) over the Neretva in the medieval times. The Old Bridge, built by the Ottomans in the 16th century, is one of Bosnia and Herzegovina's most recognizable landmarks, and is considered one of the most distinctive pieces of the Islamic architecture in the Balkans.

Day 9 (Monday): Sarajevo

Travel to Sarajevo, the capital of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The city of Sarajevo has been influenced by several cultures and civilizations over its long history. On your city tour, visit the Turkish Bazaar Bas Carsija, Husref Bay’s Mosque, the Olympic Stadium, and Gavrilo Princip Museum.

Day 10 (Tuesday): Zadar

Today, we head towards Zadar.  On arrival enjoy a walking tour and admire the 16th-century walls built by Venetians as a defense from the Turks. On to see the 16th century Port Gate where the Venetian lion still stands guard over the entrance, the Square of the Five Wells, the Church of St. Donat, the Roman Forum (1st century B.C.) and the largest cathedral in Dalmatia, St. Anastasia. During our city tour we will also take a look at the world-famous sea organs.

Day 11 (Wednesday): Opatija

Travel along the beautiful bay of Kvarner to its popular resort, Opatija. Upon arrival free time at leisure to enjoy this famous Croatian coastal city.

Day 12 (Thursday): Pula and Piran

We leave Opatija for Pula. On arrival, we'll take a stroll through the beautiful Istrian town. The city has a long tradition of making its own wine, fishing, shipbuilding, and tourism. Pula was also the administrative centre of Istria since Ancient Rome and currently hosts the most important Croatian film festival. Our city tour will take us to the remains of the Roman Amphitheater before continuing our journey towards the Slovenian coast and the small town of Piran. We'll take a walk through the narrow picturesque streets, where one can still notice an intense Venetian influence. We will also pass by the Tartini Square, the centre of the city. Stay overnight in Piran / Portorož area.

Day 13 (Friday): Depart Piran / Portorož

After breakfast, you will be transferred to the airport (Trieste, Venice or Ljubljana) for your departure flight.
