Check-in time after 15:00pm (early check-in is not included). After check-in, you can enjoy the hotel’s amenities or take a walk nearby and maybe taste the local cuisine or enjoy some Seoul shopping. The remainder of the day is at leisure for you to explore on your own.
After breakfast at the hotel, your English speaking guide will meet you in the hotel lobby and will accompany you on your full day tour.
Your tour begins with a visit of the Gyeongbokgung Royal Palace, which is the first of five palaces built during the Joseon Dynasty. You will see the Changing of the Royal Guard Ceremonies, which is performed daily and will introduce you the era of Korean Emperors.
After a tour of the palace, your guide will take you to the unique area and the ideal place to buy souvenirs, Insadong Antique Street, where you will have some free time to enjoy the local food and maybe purchase some souvenirs as a memory of your travel or as a gift to your loved ones.
After Insadong Street, visit the centre of Korean culture 'K STYLE HUB' where you can see 'K-POP' zone, take an express test for stress level and skin condition at the medical centre, and our guide will take an exciting tour of Korean traditional cuisine. In conclusion, you can try on a traditional Korean Hanbok costume and you can take some unique pictures in it.
Visit N Seoul Tower, the symbol of Seoul, where you can enjoy the view of Seoul from the highest point in the Gangbuk District. If you want, you can pay an additional $ 10 per person and head up to the Tower Observatory.
After your tour, your guide will escort you back to the hotel, where you can take a rest after the exciting day.
After breakfast, we transfer to Yong-in city (Gyeonggi-do province) with an English speaking guide. We will visit a unique place, the Korean traditional Folk Village. The Folk Village presents the life of Koreans in the Joseon Dynasty.
After some free time in Korean Folk village we return to Seoul to enjoy a non-verbal performance NANTA.
NANTA is one of Korea's top performances, a show about four chefs who must prepare a wedding banquet in just one hour. The plot is depicted through various genres of performances, including percussion that uses kitchen utensils to make beats based on traditional rhythms of Samulnori (traditional Korean percussion quartet). The entire show has no spoken dialogue, yet plenty of comedy and romance, too.
At the end of the performance, your guide will escort you back to hotel, where you can relax, do some shopping or continue exploring on your own.
After breakfast at hotel, we transfer to the Seoraksan Mountain National Park. Seoraksan Mountain is the highest amid the Taebaeksanmaek Mountain Range and boasts beautiful landscape and scenery all year round. To the east of Hangyeryeong and Misiryeong Ridges, it is classified as Oeseorak and to the west is Naeseorak. The Osaek District in the southern region of the Hangyeryeong Ridge is also known as Namseorak. The Namseorak area is famous for its mineral water, hot springs and waterfalls including Yongso Falls, Sibi Falls and Yeosin Falls. Jeongbongsan Mountain (1,424.2m) is also included in the area. There are also several different hiking courses varying in distance and duration on offer.
After the tour, your guide will accompany you back to your hotel, where you can relax or continue with your own arrangements.
After breakfast at hotel, we transfer to Woljeongsa Temple and is located in a forested valley on the eastern side of Odaesan Mountain. The 1 kilometre path leading to the Temple passes through a forest of tall fir trees, some over 500 years old. Woljeongsa Temple is in charge of over 60 Temples and 8 Monasteries in the area. The Temple was established by Monk Ja Jang (590-658) of the Silla Kingdom. Woljeongsa Museum is also located within the Temple grounds, displaying artefacts and treasures from Buddhist culture of the Goryeo Dynasty (918-1392), including an octagonal nine story stone Pagoda and a stone seated Bodhisattva.
After our Temple tour has concluded we head back to our hotel in Seoul. Enjoy the hotel’s amenities, take a walk nearby or perhaps taste the local cuisine and enjoy the Seoul shopping on your last night in town.
After breakfast, your driver will meet you in the hotel lobby and transfer you to the airport for your onward journey.
